All materials used in the exhibit and this publication come from the personal archives of Jan Cervinka. An avid photographer and documentalist, most photographs were taken by him. But after many decades and due to the nature of taking photographs in extreme, sometimes dire circumstances, attribution is not always possible. Every effort has been made to identify authorship.
